On TechTv Call for Help they have a free file every day. Today was Spybot Search and Destroy....kind of like Adaware but way more to it...and it is free.

Yesterday, they had one that I think would do me better than the Flip album that I bought, and have a hard time understanding. It is called AlbumDIY (do it yourself) hard to believe this is free. http://www.visimon.com//index_en.htm

You can costomize the spine of the book, put frames or vinyettes(sp) around your photos sound. Different color pages etc..there is quite a lot there. But you can email this album but better yet it lets you burn it onto a CD....

Major Features@

Intuitive Wizard that guides user to make a surprising album in few steps

Freely position and edit Multiple photos on each page

Frame your favorite photos with a wide range of artistic frames!

Photos can be stretched, fliped , rotated, and adjusted transparency while maintaining high image quality

Easily add and position texts for each page

Easily add and position Clip art for each page

Select favorite images and fill in different mode to be your page background

select your favorite music file to be your album's background music

Export your album as standalone executable files for convenient usage and distribution to your family and friends!

I may just go ahead and download the sample album it is only 641kb and check it out.

My main reason for getting Flip Album is that I wanted to put photos on a cd but didn't want them to look like our old school annuals with the photos lined up on a page that is so boring. But this looks really easy....

Just thought you might want to take a look....

I just took a look at the demo of this program and it really is neat...And if you are like me and can't figure out the Flip Album then maybe you would like to check it out too.

When you are at the site at the top click on the Art Plug-in to see more things you can use with it.
