No Black Bottom cup cakes yet, but I did

make mini chocolate chip cheesecakes in mini muffin tins. I had those paper liners but not the regular cupcake size. Those are dangerous for you can eat more than you think too quickly. I used just a crushed graham cracker (only one) and put maybe a fourth of a teaspoon in each tin as a crust. I put about the same on top of each before they were baked. You can use your favorite cheesecake recipe.
BTW, another goodie hint. Last weekend, I made the pie advertised on the latest cool whip containers with raspberry jello and put it in a chocolate crust. It was so refreshing and light tasting. I used reduced cool whip, but regular jello.
