us for canapes of sour cream, green onions, olives and chiles wrapped in flour totillas?

Is the tortilla used just as it comes out of the package? It seems like it would become soggy, but I will take your word if you say it will be o.k. I'm going to make Mexican lasagna and the canapes this weekend. We are going to have a birthday party for daughters and the son-in-law in New York. Daughters will be 37 tomorrow and DSIL was 39 May 9. Imagine, he and I are the same age! lol

My, my, how time does fly. Isn't it hard to believe that they're almost caught up to you :):). I'm sure you'll have a lovely party and I'm positive that the weather will completely cooperate!!!

Yes, Lanie, you use them right out of the package. BUT....it is NOT sour cream that is used, it is cream cheese. And no, they don't get soggy. Hope you like them. Don't forget to serve them with salsa. Hope your guests like them, they are always a hit when I make them.

On my way out the door to meet some girlfriends for dinner (tennis friends) -- will check in later this evening. Bye for now, gotta run......BB
