Just read Just Judy's post re her DS' surgery, and JJ's about Bobbi. I asked myself what do I have to feel bored about? How negative. In light of what others are going through, my having to be in bed with my feet up is a gift.

Good day to you, Hope! Aren't you having some rainy gloomy weather at the moment? I haven't read posts yet today; I'm going to slowly wander through and try to say "hey" to everybody, so don't know all your circumstances. But sometimes we all do need a little "reality check" to help us get back into a positive focus. I'm wondering, do you have a good book available?? That can change a restless, discontent feeling into a very contented sigh! Best wishes for a happy day to you. Seren

Got two big cyber hugs today. Seren & Wren: they felt good. Feeling better and was even able to get some paperwork done. Now for a warm bath. Neighbor is coming over to help. All I had to do was ask.

Good Morning Hope....Hugs to you..have to agree with you, reading about what is going on in others peoples lives can make you realize that what's going on in yours isn't all that bad. Can appreciate your boredom however, your accustomed to being on the go. How long do they feel it will be before you can be out and about again? We need you in shape for Sept...

About "Storm"..he is the latest in a parade of "second assistant managers" but I have a feeling he might not be around for long. From my conversations with him yesterday I think he feels this is a "easy job"...he's not really aware of how much responsibility he will have, especially once our Mgr goes out on maternity leave. He doesn't seem very comfortable with making small talk with customers, one of the things Yankee Candle wants you to do....I had to laugh yesterday...he kept asking people if they wanted to hear our "specials" for the day.

Take care of yourself Hope...have any good books available to help you get through this?
