Just read Just Judy's post re her DS' surgery, and JJ's about Bobbi. I asked myself what do I have to feel bored about? How negative. In light of what others are going through, my having to be in bed with my feet up is a gift.

About "Storm"..he is the latest in a parade of "second assistant managers" but I have a feeling he might not be around for long. From my conversations with him yesterday I think he feels this is a "easy job"...he's not really aware of how much responsibility he will have, especially once our Mgr goes out on maternity leave. He doesn't seem very comfortable with making small talk with customers, one of the things Yankee Candle wants you to do....I had to laugh yesterday...he kept asking people if they wanted to hear our "specials" for the day.
Take care of yourself Hope...have any good books available to help you get through this?
