Susie told me how to get there but you have to have the permission of the leader of the board and so far I haven't gotten e-mail confirmation. Susie sent me the info to my e-mail and I went to the board and joined and I have been waiting for the confirmation for an hour and it is past 8 now so I may not make it to the chat tonight. I am going to check right now. Kulani

Hi Kulani! I did the same thing, did everything I needed to do, but it seems as tho it can't be done just instantaneously even with an invite. I got all my "stuff" but then couldn't find the place to use my passport. Well, you know, I can miss chat once in a while! I'm usually more confused than anything! Wanted to thank you for the encouraging pet advice; I think they will be fine! Doc came out and went exploring last night, which I think is a good sign. Maggie never growls at them. She almost begs them to come out and play, but she's just so darned frisky! I'm glad no one is here to watch what I go through with these animals! LOL Seren

My Chihuahua is 14 and is 1/2 the size of some of the cats and they have sharp claws and teeth and he has neither and they are scared of him because he can bark go figure. They wrestle and spar once in a while but he has these little spindly legs and seems to have many more than they have and he pokes them and they run away. It is fun to watch them play with each other. But like I said as long as they don't snarl and growl they will be ok, and if they have been fixed and no territory squabbles erupt you should be able to let them all out together pretty soon. They are just a lot of fun to have around. I would go crazy if I didn't have mine with me. I hope I have been of some help. Just call any time you need assistance. Love to all Kulani

Yes, they have all been "fixed" and they are fun to watch! This afternoon I was sitting out in the backyard, Kit was lounging a few feet away, and Maggie was just tearing around the yard. First some birds caught her attention, than a neighbor's dog barked, then the wind blowing the trees...She finally decided it was time for Kit to join in and play, so she ran in circles around and around her, big circles, little circles. Kit just looked at her as if to say "why was a creature like you ever put on this earth??". You know cats and their dignity. I can't help but laugh when Maggie gets all wound up. There are times she reminds me of my father! He had an air about him that I can't quite describe, I guess sort of an "in charge, I know where I'm going, no nonsense" sort of way about him. When she is not "all wound up", but is seriously headed off to scout out the cats, she trots by with her head up in the air, looking neither to the right nor to the left, very focused...walks on four feet just like my Daddy did on two! But he didn't look like a dog at all. LOL Thanks, your tips are always good ones. Seren

So sorry Kulani, and everyone else who couldn't get in. I wasn't thinking about that when I made the suggestion. Katie is the only one who can give permission to join. Hopefully things will be better next week now that our Chat mom Katie is back...Hugs, Susie

Hugs,
