Good morning, Ladybugs! Beautiful day here again, only going up to 79 or 80, with plenty of sunshine. I'm not sure what I will do today, probably just putter around the house, doing whatever I see that needs doing. I have already watered the garden and the outside plants this morning and made a trip to the post office to put something in the mail.

Homie is a spiteful little demon cat. I think he is paying me back for forcing him to take the pills that the vet gave him yesterday. I keep my new laptop on my desk in the kitchen, and he has never bothered it until last night. This morning when I came downstairs, three of the keys (the shift, caps lock, and the letter "a") had been pried up from the keyboard and were on the floor. I know Homie did it, the little devil. My big cats wouldn't do something like that, and besides Chipper has gotten too fat to jump up on the counter. Yep, Homie is the guilty party. Thank goodness, I was able to pop the keys back in place, but I guess I'm going to have to start closing my laptop when I am not using it. Grrrrr.......

Time to shake a tail feather. I'll check in later today. Have a good weekend, everyone.....BB

Good morning, Strawberry! I haven't had to water the plants outside until the past couple of days. But my plants on the covered porch need water almost every day though.

Thanks for asking about my offspring. Things are better but could be better, if that makes any sense. DD is fine, working a temp job, and looking for something at night (she has applied to several movie theaters and restaurants). As you know, the music store where DS was working went out of business (end of April) and he is still (ahem), and I use this term loosely, "looking." Don't get me started....LOL!

Hope you have a good one. Sure was glad to read that everything is okay with you and your DD. Hugs,.. BB

BB, poor little Homie. You should consider the possibility that the two older cats conspired and figured out a way to do the damage and make it *look* like Homie's vandalism. Don't underestimate the desire for revenge of those old-timers! LOL Sounds to me like Homer needs to come over here and spend a couple of quality weeks at Twin Maples Cat Resort in an air-conditioned bedroom, all breakables put away, deluxe Cat Chow and fresh water twice a day, rubs, scratchies, and loves on demand. Free of charge to any cats who receive personal invitations. Carefully chaperoned and protected by a loving Maggie Dog. HAHAHAHAHA Yes, this is what my life has come to...Seren

You sound just like a mom..sometimes Homie's so cute and cuddly and sometimes Homie's a demon kitty..LOL!! Would've made for a cute TV video if you could've gotten Homie on film while doing his dasterdly deed..LOL!! You could've won the grand prize for that one..LOL!!

Enjoy your 'puttering around' today and have a great weekend my special friend.

...Love, Susie

Hugs,

..

Good morning, Kathey! Hey, I've got 3 kitties down here who are very adept at doing all sorts of things. I could FedEx them up to you, and you could see if one of them could unstick your key...I wouldn't even charge you for their service...LOL

Yes, Eric Rudolph is believed to be the man who bombed the clinic in Birmingham. He's a nice-looking guy in the pictures, and to be filled with so much hatred and violence. You expect an evil man to look more *evil* I guess. Glad he's caught. Have a good lazy weekend if at all possible! Seren

Seren, I remember when ER's pictures were first publicized by the FBI. DH's secretary made the comment that every woman in the country who was single and available was trying to find him first...LOL! Seriously, it is strange that someone who looks so handsome in his pictures could be so evil and twisted.

Happy weekend, you bum you....LOL!.....Love, BB

It's funny, I really think he is giving me the evil cat eye today, looking like "I'm going to pay you back for giving me those pills!" Demon cat for sure.

Hope you have a good weekend too, Suze.....Love, BB

Hi! Guess its one of the cases where when mom's away, the kittens play. Bad kitty!

DH despises cats so thats not a problem around here. And me, being a Leo, I love them. Oh well. I have friends who have cats and they have become my surrogate pets. I get to see them when we visit.

Just another one of his little quirks! lol Love him anyway.

Have a good weekend! Jackie
