Good Evening One and All................

Made it to the grocery store this afternoon. Duh...forgot we are now in tourist season...Saturdays are not the day to go to the store. Check-in at the cottages is anytime after 12noon or so, then everyone heads to the store to stock up on their supplies for the week. Well I meandered around the store, taking my time getting what I needed and then just patiently stood in the check-out line. But I will remember not to head to the store on Sat again.
Think I will just veg out this evening...pop some popcorn, see if there is anything worth while to watch on tv, if not see if I can finish the book that I have been reading for the past couple of years...yes you read that right. I am almost finished with it, maybe I should just shut the tv off and finish the book. This is the book that I carry with me to read when I am sitting and waiting for appointments.
I did get my laundry caught up today...now how long that will last y'all know.
Enjoy your evenings...

Hugs,
..
Enjoy your reading. Nothing on TV here but another part of Martha Stewart. I wasn't too happy with the first part and didn't even realize there was a second part until I surffed the channels.

By the way, what is your take on my new PI? Is it supposed to be a green nurse with teeth missing? Can't quite figure it out. lol

Spent the afternoon working on the swimming pool, vacuuming it out, trying to get the water clear. As if I don't have enough vacuuming to do in the house...have to do it out there too!
As to your new little green PI...looks to me like it has headphones on and a big open mouth smile with 1 tooth. Sorry to burst your bubble but I can't make a nurse out of it. ;)
Enjoy your visit with Shari.

I did not get a chance to go to the grocery store yesterday (Saturday), so I had to go today. What a wretched outing. The store had sold out of about everything that my mom had on her list, and I managed to spend too much money anyway. Around here, Wednesday and Thursday are the best days for grocery shopping.
Enjoy that book. I have several unread books around here, adn I really must find a home for them.
Hugs to you,
Dannie
