Morning all! DH and I went to town to buy a new computer mouse. Our old one bit the dust. Had tohave one. And although I hate to go to town on weekends because its so crowded and the traffic, yuk!, we decided to make the best of it and catch a few yard sales on the way.
DS and GF have been looking for a used washer. We found one and the price was right- FREE!
The young couple who had it bought a new one and wanted the old one out of the way. Cool, huh? So DH cmehome, got the truck, delivered on DS back porch and left. DS wasn't home so I'd say when he opened his back door,he got a real surprise. Haven't heard from him yet but I hope he enjoys it.
Love those freebies!
Have to work soon, so have a greatday buggies!
Jackie

Well You have a great day and hope is shining because here we are under Rain... Have a Smiley on me...... wren
I love my optical mouse but if it goes south I know what I am going to do. Instead of spending another $60 on one I am going to take up Office Max's offers of the $4.99 mouse that has a $5 rebate.....yest I may be one of a few but I send those suckers in. They have those offers all the time. But companies expect people NOT to send for the rebates but they get a suprise from me.
And I think crafters have a better eye for what is free. Because lie those old large Tupperware containers you don't want to put food in them but they work for things like if you are into making your own paper, a place to dry things that you don't want to get stuff on. Some lady has give away fabric pieces sometimes quarter yard pieces? A gold mine......lol......ok now I am going to go back and post the pickled fish recipe......lol..Janet
Have a good day Jackie, see you later...Susie
Hugs,
..
