First of all, THANKS to all for the kind words concerning my loss. I have truly found some wonderful friends.

i have not got much to do today but will try to see if i cant come up with something productive. Will probably go visit GF and family later.

I have been getting ready to start school and I found out that I have misplaced my GED copy and after trying to get it from the place I originally took the test, foound out that they destroyed those records years ago. I have to get DH to go to the shed this weekend and getboxes down from the attic to see if I can find it. If not, i will have to takethe test all over again. Sheez! I hate it when I know i have something somewhere and cant find it. Its that old memory thing, I think! lol

HAGD all! Jackie

Good morning, Jackie. I was sorry to read about the death of your friend.

Good luck finding your certificate. It would be a shame if you had to take the test all over again......BB

One of the mysteries in my life is that statement "It can't be buried that deep I remember seeing it not THAT long ago" LOL..Then to find it and say "There I knew it wasn't that deep"......lol

Hope you find it I would have to have to take the test over again.

morning Jackie, I was so sorry to read of your death of your friend this morning. I am sure your visit w/ the family today will bring them comfort. I'll be sending along a prayer.

I took my GED years ago myself, I wouldn't want to have to take over the math part! I would have to study for that lol. I'm sure it will turn up, hopfully you won't have to go through to many boxes to find it, good luck with that.

Let us know how your visit goes today. Hugs, Patti

I'm sorry your meeting didn't go well but don't give up. Try contacting your school board. They might be able to tell you were to find a copy of you GED records. How long ago was it? I recently needed my high school transcripts which are 30+ years old. The school had them on microfilm. In this day of Big Brother, I'm sure someone has a copy of your records. Kathey

Jackie- try contacting the Department of Education at the State level. Usually, GED scores have to be reported to State Ed. since they fund the program. Good luck.
