Note: this icing/frosting is used on a warm cake, so it is probably not a good idea to use it on a layer cake, as I believe the layers would slide. Use it on a pound cake or a sheet cake or any cake that is only one layer.

Chocolate Icing/Frosting/Glaze

2 1/4 cups confectioners (10X) sugar

3 Tablespoons cocoa

1/4 cup margarine, softened

3 or 4 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine sugar and cocoa. Add margarine, milk, and vanilla. Beat with a fork, then a spoon, until iciing is smooth. Spread on warm cake and let cool completely.

This icing is almost like fudge! Quick, easy, and very good......BB
