Good morning. I'm out of time already, so have to scoot. The "girls" have a groomer appointment I can't miss this month. I missed last month since I extended my stay in Texas, so you can imagine how badly they need their locks cut!
We had a horrible trip down, but uneventful back home. It took 16 hours to get there and only 12 to get back, so you can imagine. Ran into the Oklahoma/Oklahoma State football crowd in Norman and then a huge wreck in Ft. Worth that took us over 2 hours to go 5 miles. So, didn't get to see DS the first day, but went straight to the motel. He wasn't doing real well while we were there, but was doing better by the time we left. They'd messed with his meds, so that had thrown him all off. Anyway, he's frail, but I can still hug him. We'll be back down for Christmas and get to stay longer. DGS is doing well. Just needs lots of hugs and attention now. DIL is amazing.
Well, just wanted to thank those of you who are praying and wished us well on our trip. It's freezing cold outside, but the bed is nice and warm, so I may just crawl back into it when I get home!

Welcome home Pam. So sorry to read that your trip down was so difficult. We have bad drivers where I live especially in bad weather. Everyone wants to continue driving like it's a bright sunny day and we have

Hi Pam, getting mixed up in those football crowds can be rough! I know, because we got got involved with them last week! That's one reason we decided to get a hotel close enough to walk to the stadium, we knew traffic would be a bear.
Glad you are home safely now.
So glad to read your post and know you are safely home.
Thanks for the update on Curt and glad you left him better than you found him on your arrival.
How did your DH do, being there for so many days?
Glad you could give little Glen all the hugs & lovin' he was needing.
I's sure he hated to see you leave and is looking forward to you being there for Christmas.
God bless your DIL.
Sometimes a crisis brings out the best in people and she seems as though she is one of those.
Continuing to pray for Curt and your entire family.

Welcome home Pam. Oh man! The ride down sounds horrible! I know that had to be an exhausting trip. Glad the trip back was better, but 12 hours is still a very long ride to me. Any chance for flying down there and back?
Continued hugs and prayers for your son. It is great you DIL has come through for him and you all.
