Good chilly morning Gals! Yes, our temp guage in the yard says 16 degrees! I need to go grocery shopping but it wont be right now!

Sarah came out after her therapy and said she is sure this is going to give her some relief. They gave her some exercises to do also. She will be going twice a week and I sure hope it helps. Back and hip pain makes you hurt all over.

She helped me wrap presents and it took us about 3 or 4 hours. I didnt think I had that much but it sure took a long time. I have 2 in my computer room that I missed so will get those today.

Survivor was on last night so we had pizza for supper and I had heartburn all night! Rolaids to the rescue! lol I just cant eat spicy foods like I used to and not pay for it. Darn! I love hot and spicy!

16 might be our high today; right now it is 6, It is not even officially winter but I'm ready for the lilacs now. I just talked to my daughter in Miami getting ready for the beach; hope my envy isn't showing (lol).

I'm glad Sarah is improving and hope she keeps up with the exercise, too.

I'm going to finish my coffee and get back under the comfortor now and might not come out until leaves are green.

It's a toasty 20 degrees at 9 AM in mid-IL, going up to mid 30s. Whoo, hoo, a heat wave. As soon as my morning coughing & sneezing ceases, I'm off to Curves - I miss the good feeling of working the muscles a bit. Been inactive for almost 2 weeks.

Glad to hear the therapy may be helping. The best info I got when I went for PT on my crooked back was that the muscles were overworked trying to keep my spine straight, and just strengthening the nearby muscles would help. After the first week of Curves workout, my back ache was eased.
