I think I'm ready.  Will have DS and his little family over tomorrow for "Fish Soup", really called Cioppino, but I don't know how to pronouce it.  It's pretty much a tradition now, snackie things and we'll open our presents.  I keep the little ones' presents here so they have something different to play with.  Besides, they would soon get lost at their house.

DH and I celebrated our 38th anniversary last Friday with a museum tour and lunch at a different type restaurant.  The tour was of art work from the Louvre, since we couldn't see ourselves going to Paris, decided it was a chance in a lifetime.  It was good, but frankly a little overly-advertised in the amount of art displayed.

Looks like we'll need to hunker down here.  They're predicted heavy, possibly blizzard like conditions for Christmas eve and Christmas Day.  Of course, the weather people don't know for sure how much, but we will definitely have a Christmas snow.   We've been having Christmas brunch with DS instead of trying to have a big dinner.  That way, little ones can play with their new toys, Mommy and Daddy don't have to either load them up and leave for another house, or Mommy doesn't have to prepare a big meal for company and we can have a quiet Christmas, too.  Might even go to a movie if the weather isn't bad.  "It's Complicated" opens up here Friday.  Looks funny.

Now, hope everyone has a lovely Christmas with friends and family.......stay safe and warm......................Hugs, TJ
