Merry Christmas Ladybugs!

Spent the morning with DD and family. DGrS had so much fun playing Santa and distributing gifts from under the tree. We still have snow on the ground so this is the first official white Christmas ever in my memory. It is sunny and warming rapidly this afternoon which is good because the streets are clearing. There was a lot of ice on the drive to DD's this morning.

I will be heading back out to DB's house for dinner in an hour or so. My wish for all is a happy and safe holiday. I'm looking forward to reading what Santa (or dear family) gave you for Christmas. As Deb would say "inquiring minds want to know" LOL!

Hugs,

Melissa

melissa, it sounds like you had a great holiday. We got a white Christmas too. It started right before my family started arriving for Christmas Eve. It was quite slick when they got ready to go home.--Pat

You gals who have little ones in the family are so fortunate. Children make Christmas fun.

Santa brought me several nice gifts -- one of my favorites is

Hope your trip to your DB's was uneventful and that you enjoyed yourself immensely once you got there, Melissa.

I can remember very few Christmases that were not white around here!

Sounds like you had a really nice Christmas Melissa. I'm echoing BB when she said how grateful she is that you've joined us here on the board. I am too!!!

BB, they all made it home okay. All of the kids live pretty close except the DS and DDIL who just had the baby. Normally they can make it home in about 40 minutes. I told them to call when they got there. It took over an hour to get there and they said it wasn't the roads but the fact that the snow was blowing so hard they couldn't see a thing. New little DGS slept through it all, of course. He is the most precious thing. Our whole family is enjoying having a baby to hold and to watch his every move and facial expression.--Pat
