We were luckier than Donna cause I think we got less snow but who needs a lot when you have 50-60 mile per hour winds to blow it around? Right?

Del did venture out Thursday and get them mail but we haven't been out since..I did step out and get some pictures but had to scoop snow with the dustpan when I cam back in the front door. The show around our doors was back a ways and blown into everything.. but mostly into nice wind rows. We are still having wind and they say we could have more snow, I say bring it on. Only 3 months till spring.

Funny thing yesterday we had a temp of 9 with a feels like of -11 below 0, by the time I went to bed last night it was 20 with a feels like of -1. Warmer seems like it should be better right?

Del I think caught a cold. Want to wager that it is all better when he can leave the house? LOL.....now I wouldn't say that he isn't sick I am just saying.......

With my old film SLR camera looking out the screen was ok but not so with digital..

Here is what it was like this morning when the sun came out for a while....

I am amazed by the way the wind shapes the snow. Your pictures are beautiful, but I hope your weather improves.

You do get some strange "arrangments" of snow around your home, Janet!

Pretty scenes, Janet. Snow is so nice on the first day then after the dogs and kids and cars get done running through it, it should all melt in a second.

I thought I might be the only one who does the steps with a dust pan; it's much easier than trying to maneuver a snow shovel around the railing posts.

I hope it is nothing more than a cold for Del; don't you want him to stay in a you play nursie for the day (l).

You should send those pix. to the Weather Channel, Janet, they're so pretty, and they show a "real" picture of just how much of the white stull you've got up there.

Is it still coming down by you? We got maybe 3 inches total.

I'm thinking you are the most optimistic person I know saying it's only 3 month until Spring.
