Cards going in the mail

I printed the New Year's cards & envelopes. My aging hands are very happy I have a way to personalize the cards and not be in pain. Next stop is the postal box and grocery store. Snow has begun again, so I want to get out and back before dark. Lots of sirens running by, so that tells me the idiots still don't know how to drive.

That's a great idea, Jacquie! I think I'll do that next year for Christmas cards. Didn't even send any this year.

With all the sadness and financial problems so many of our family & friends are having, I just couldn't add to their depression with a "happy ho-ho" card. Besides, it took the pressure of just one more thing off of me. Today I could relax with the snow coming down outside the window and type personal message on each card.

I use a scrap booking program that has the option of making cards. Here's the front and inside images for this year's cards.

I have some New Year's cards that I will probably send that I wasn't able to get out in time for Christmas. I did get the Christmas cards out to my family members across the miles and some long lost friends.

That was very thoughtful of you Jacquie...those cards turned out nice.
