on Christmas. DDIL made her yummy egg bake, rolls and bacon for brunch. DH and I did go to a movie in the afternoon, "It's Complicated." Like a lot of movies, the funniest moments have been on TV already, advertising, but it was a pretty good movie. Surprising how many people were there.
DDIL's father and stepmother went crazy again sending gifts. They had sent anything I had even considered getting the DGbabies, twice over. They sent DDIL a spatzel maker, besides all the other stuff. She didn't even know what spatzel was. As the kids say nowadays........"Like, whatever."
I would have rather had snow instead of rain. The streets, steps, sidewalk, everything was gloppy and now that it's turned cold, there are chunks of ice, ruts in the streets they weren't able to plow right away.
Need to catch up on some housework. Sounds like most everyone had a nice Christmas even with blizzard conditions some places.
Hugs, TJ

Good morning, Jane.
Hi TJ!!
So good to find you here this morning.
Sounds like a yummy Christmas Brunch!!
We went to the movie also on Christmas Day.
Seems lots of people share that tradition.
FYI - we saw "Sherlock Holmes" - hated it, but loved the people I was with so it was still a great day
A belated "Merry Christmas" to you and yours!
Nice to see you here, TJ.
A spaetzle maker, eh?
It all sounds good to me me . I have tried to cut back this Christmas , but not eating all these cookies and candy that has come my way . Back to Ballet Barre work class next week . New Years Eve is coming tomorrow and out we go dancing and eating again . Ho, Hum
We got 23 inches here and within one or two days we got lots of rain and more rain and got up one morning and the snow was gone , but only the large piles were left at the parking lots at the store . Only the traces of that horrible storm . Well, it was a lovely white Christmas though .
