I don't get local news on our tv,,,,I am usually not missing much since if I had local tv it would be Omaha which is not local to me so I go to the O'Neill radio station website and find out what is going on around here and read the obits...lol.

They had posted photos of the snow we got over Christmas. If you would like to have a look.

They said that Lead South Dakota had 40" of snow and wind gusts to 70MPH.... there is always someone worse off...

I looked at the forcast for this week....and on Wed. it is supposed to get to 32º that would be the first time in at least a couple weeks.....but I think like 80% chance of snow....lol

I didn't make it to Omaha today either. Friends came down Saturday and dug out drive (both of them) out with tractors. And with the high wind we still had Sunday and the snow off and on all day this morning it was not only foggy out at 7am but we had a 4' drift where we back out the car... so we will try for next Monday. Why always on Mondays? Well, the doctor down there only sees people on Mondays and the rest of the time I guess he does surgeries anyway that is what I am told . I asked him why he didn't do a clinic in say Norfolk once a month.....and he said he would love to do that. I told him I would live for him to do it too..The reason I have to go down there is that he says his techs are better and his equipment he trusts down there. Which when I told my doctor in Norfolk said he understood that. I think they all stick to one story if you ask me. A CT scan is a CT scan as far as I am concerned...lol GEEch......

Anyway...we are having Christmas dinner and my grandson's birthday tomorrow.... He was born on the 25th and even though I can still remember all their birthdays(yet) I won't likely forget his.....lol

Wow , that is a lot of snow . The mid west got a lot more then we did on the East Coast . I thought 23 inches were bad , but you all got us beat this year . We don't get that much snow only around 4-8 inches a year , but the last snow or big snow we had was in February of 2003 . What a mess here . It didn't leave until spring .

Wow , Margox
