Made my way up today's trellis & even replied to my earlier post.  Will not complain about our weather here after reading some posts, it is sunny here thankfully.  Sending sunny & warmer weather wishes to all u li'bugs!

Did go to a Japanese restaurant hibacki grill (fixed food at table) w/GF celebrating her birthday & sat w/2 very nice couples w/one child each well-behaved.  Did thank u the military couple for their service to our country & asked if I could hug the guy & he said yes, enjoyed the hug (this by impulse, do not do that w/everyone).  Food delicious & had 2 leftover meals from dinner.  Only negative event was in the grocery store parking lot where she backed into barely tapping a car but the driver did insist on calling police & reporting it.  My GF did not get a ticket & was given a minor accident report.  Thank God for that!

Last night, went w/another GF celebrating her birthday belately...out to eat Mexican restaurant & movie.  Also before movie, she had her nails done, haircut & I went walking around mall.  Oh, my poor feet at movie "Avatar" which is a long one, had to get up & go to lobby where I sat & talked until GF came out.  Cannot sit for that long not now, did elevate feet when I got home & today, they earlier were fine...think they are beginning to swell so will be cutting my outing short.

Oh, the new 3D glasses are so much better & the movie is really a sight to see!  James Cameron is in George Lucas's league for sure.    What  movie visionaries they are.

Take care.  God bless u all,

Joan

Hi Joan! We went to see Avatar but not in 3D. It was amazing, wasn't it? No 3D movie theaters in Vermont. We've also seen It's Complicated which was cute and The Blind Side which was incredible and terrific. Debating whether to see Sherlock Holmes. People I've spoken to say it's difficult to understand because all the lines are mumbled.

Beautiful day in Vermont, today. Almost 35 degrees, clear and sunny. No new snow today or tomorrow.

Take care and have a great weekend.

You've had fun lately helping others celebrate their birthday.

Aren't you the party girl (lol). I'm glad you had some fun and glad you had decent weather to enjoy it.

I just took the trash out and the backyard is a big mud puddle now that it is warming up and the snow is melting. I'm supposed to go to the boat show today but don't really care. I can't afford a yacht this week.
