A bit ago BB posted that she had just discovered that she really liked the taste of green olives (stuffed with pimentos) and Keebler Club whole grain crackers.
That really caught my attention as I love olives (green or black!). So I tired it. Nice! Then I decided that I'd like to take it another step, so I took some whipped cream cheese and cut up green, pimento stuffed, olives in it and added just enough olive juice to make it mixable. Spread that on a wheat cracker. Oh my!!!!
I've not tried it with black olives yet, but I may!
I got the last of the ice broken up at the end of my driveway today. I ended up taking some really hot water out there to pour on and under it. That stuff was about 2" thick!! It is raining now and the temp is around 45º. With any luck the chunks I left in the street will be melted soon!

You are loved ~~ far more than you may ever know!

Welllll......great minds and all that jazz.....lol.
There was a famous burger place in my Chicago neighborhood. One of it's specialties was the Olive Burger. I thought it was the most exotic thing I'd ever seen. Years later I re-created it in my kitchen. Chopped green olives mixed with mayo!

The olive is indeed good for us, Kathey.
Do wish I could have left the melting of the ice up to our rain, Deb. But, unfortunately the rain was falling far to gently to do much good!
Hmmm, I hadn't thought of doing the olive thing when I had Laughing Cow cheese here the last time.
Ah, olive burgers -- love those things! There used to be an 'Olympic Broil' in the north end of Lansing that served the best olive burgers and deep fried onion rings!
