Hi Ladybugs. OK, let's see....snow on Friday, lose electricity, go to friends, return home Monday-- that means I've basically been inside for 7 days! And it's looking like the driving ban in our area will not be lifted for 2 more days!!! Eureka!
Guess I've got to make the most of it--but not liking it!!! You know it's hard to keep me tied down....lol

Hi Shari,
I'm sorry that your snow experiences have been so extreme. This winter has really been bizarre. It doesn't look like there is an end in sight either. I'm sure that the snow we're getting right now will end up heading for the east coast. That just seems to be the way of it. Hang in there. Spring has to happen eventually.
Hugs,
Melissa
You have a driving ban? Wow...I don't think we've ever had one of those! Well, maybe once, but only because they hadn't plowed our street so we couldn't get out but not a full fledged ban on driving! I think that's something Donna, Pam and I can't relate to.
Have your neighbors banned together for snowbound parties? Kind of like hurricane parties. Have you been outside walking around and taking pictures? It was beautiful driving to work today...and I forgot my camera.
Hang in there gf...they'll let you out soon!
Retired and lovin'it.
Hi GF,
There's probably something about not being "allowed out" that makes staying in for so long seem even more unbearable.
Shari the last time I had cabin fever was January of '86.
Yes, I can relate..I saw my first snow when I was 21----I'm a Florida girl, remember?
I'm happy to say that the driving ban has been lifted! Yea!
That's great news Shari - "and off you go"!
I wouldn't say I like the snow, but I am happy for others who are THRILLED BEYOND MEASURE to have enough snow to play in.
Yea, good news!
