I was in the grocery store one day and they had the Laughing Cow cheese 2 for $5 I picked up one garlic and one French Onion.......I had some Club Crackers and that evening I got 4 crackers and a wedge of that cheese and you know what? It is really good...I suppose you could put it on something that was a little lighter than my crackers but it was really good and not as many calories as ice cream....lol

Sometime if you want to really eat light but want something more than just lettuce...try low sodium chicken broth and 4 soda crackers or a slice of dry dirt (whole grain) bread....lol.......I call it dirt bread because that is what it tastes like to me......EEUUUU....lol But hey low calories it is....

That was just sitting in my head this morning so I thought I would share...lol

That is what I think is so strange.....because I have gone to 2% milk but skim I just can't do....it is like cloudy water and tastes awful.....that is why low fat cheese? It was a suprise to me.....

You see my dad delivered milk house to house for more than 30 years and my husband picked up raw milk for almost 40 years.....so the thought of light, low fat , skim grossed me out....

But get this...... by mistake I picked up some sour cream one day (we don't use it much but once in a while) both Del and I remarked on what a good flavor it had...hey it is sour cream......lol.....IT WAS NO FAT sour cream.....how can that be?

But when it comes to ice cream which I only eat maybe once a year....it has to be real cream.......lol
