Back from vacation

Thought I'd pop in and say how much I enjoyed central FL, where I was visiting my DB. All that moss hanging from his trees, sitting in a tall rocker on his porch with metal roof during a shower made me want to stay forever. Had several meals on patio of old store in Micanopy, a town I just love. Bought something I've always wanted at their local guitar store - a concertina. Now I need to learn how to play it. Knowing how to play piano makes it a little easier, so I expect to join a band of gypsies anytime & run away from home - LOL.

Sounds like you had a great time. When you run away with the gypsies, can I come?

Welcome home!

Deb,
Think Cajun band with the small "squeezebox" - it's 6 sided and held with both hands. I call it the poor man's accordion. Right now my playing sounds like cats fighting, but I'll get instruction books eventually.
