As you may know I live in Philadelphia, land of the 70-inches of snowstorms-winters.  Yesterday the temps were in the mid-50's and today was even warmer.  When I came out of the supermarket this afternoon, my car was so toasty I had to take off my sweater and open the windows a bit!

But in Florida when it goes down to the mid-50's, we are all walking around in layers of sweatshirts and heavy jackets, even!

To quote an old comedian, "peoples is funny tings"!

In peace,
Max

Max, I think Floridians have thinner blood or something.

That's exactly as it is here, Max.
Folks here are so accustomed to warm weather that when the temps dive into the high 50's they bring out coats, scarves & gloves.

I know, when we were in Florida in January and the unseasonably cold temps dipped below 60, we were absolutely f-f-f-freezing!

"When the temps dive into the 50's"...lol...we call it climbing into the 50's and off come the heavy jackets, scarves, gloves, etc. That's when people here start putting the convertible tops down on their cars...honest.
