and move my turtlenecks to the smaller containers and the short sleeve tees to the large container. The smaller containers can go into the closet. I don't like having to pull them out every day so I use a large one that Sophie likes to lie on.
My energy level is starting to come back. I still have trouble in the afternoons. It may be because I usually only have peanut butter crackers and a granola bar for lunch. I've been vigilant on taking the honey to stave off the allergies that will be arriving shortly. In GA the pollen count goes over 7,000. Stand still outside and you'll become a blond whether you want to or not. lol I haven't noticed the car changing color yet.
Have a great day and if traveling, do it safely.
Hugs,
K

Yep, it's that time again. We have a platform bed with double drawers and I've been swapping stuff out lately piece by piece. I think it's almost time to run a load of lighter stuff.
I'd like to suggest a little more protein with your lunch. All those carbs may be setting up your blood sugar to drop. Check the ingredients in your granola bar - too many of them have high fructose corn syrup and other empty carbs.
One thing that helped my allergies tremendously last year was using Chloraseptic™ Allergen Block. Seems expensive, but you use just the tiniest bit. It's a clear gel that you put around the edge of the nostrils & on the upper lip - absorbs right in, doesn't show. I had the easiest Spring ever, now our DS who works with coal dust uses it and says he winds up with a black mustache every day because it catches so much dust.
