Good morning, Ladybugs. The water from the bay is right up to the back of our house...again! Plus, we had to call the roofer, because there was a leak in the roof in one of the BRs upstairs. A lot of people are having roof problems!
Last night, DH scared me to death! I thought he was right behind me when we left the family room to go to the BR. I went in the BR to get ready for bed and I realized that he wasn't there. Then I heard a "knock, knock, knock" at the door..I was thinking well who in the world is that? I went to the front door---no one there...,then I turned and saw that someone (it was dark) was knocking frantically on the door from the deck. I went over and saw it was DH! I let him in and asked him how it was possible to lock himself out. Seems he went out the side door to the deck to check the water, but heard a growl and a hiss from "something"...it scared him, so he ran around the corner to the other door! LOL I imagine it was a raccoon...and am just hoping that a family of raccoons isn't living under the house!!
Yes, we need some sunshine!
Well, I've been working on info for Bugfest almost the whole morning and need to get some errands run....
Hope you are having a good day!

Shari, with the sunshine coming, I hope the water recedes. We are not expecting anymore rain until Easter Sunday...wooohooo!!!
Got to LOL at your dh. I bet that was scary, but so funny.
I worked today in the cosmetics. I have had to redo the Maybelline module. We were sent the wrong module and we finally got the correct one. It feels so good to get it all into its right place. Now I can order our missing fixtures and graphics. I think we have one of the best looking cosmetic section.
I have also been nursing a burned thumb. I burnt it when grease splashed up on it.
Things that go bump in the night!
All that water is very scary...to say nothing of the growling beast!! I'm telling you...call Vexcon!!

They're from down Deb's way...Billy never lets his prey get away!! I love Billy! LOL
I sure hope the bay doesn't come any closer Shari.
I was listening to "America in the Morning" and they were talking about all the water out East.
Shari, I hope the water doesn't get any higher.

Well, I am certainly glad that it was your DH at the back door instead of "Freddy"!!
OMG! That is so funny about your DH but I sure hope the water goes down soon. Living in to country like I do, I never know what may be lurking close by! lol
Hugs, Jackie
