Had a Happy Easter yesterday

We had a very quiet day yesterday.  We mostly talked and ate and watched TV.

DD1 decided to experiment with asparagus, which I don't like, but the jury is still out with her as to whether or not she will start eating it regularly.  We had a very simple spring time meal.  We had barbecued (Honey-Baked) pork roast, ham slices, and turkey slices, mashed potatoes, collard greens, sliced tomatoes with cucumbers and spring onions drizzed with basil-infused oil, yeast rolls, and keylime pie.  Quite tasty.

I hope that your Spring rituals, Easter, Passover, or any other celebrations,  were happy.

Spring Break is here for DD2 this week. I am happy that I don't have to get up and take her to school so early for thiis whole week. Prom comes around the first of May and graduation is the end of May. Busy, busy time for us.

Hugs,

Dannie

Dannie, it's nice to hear your Easter was all you wanted it to be.

Hi Dannie,
I think I heard the weather there on Easter was 80, is that right?
Sounds like a wonderful day with great food!
