But sometimes it kind of makes a light go off in your head and you wonder if it can be as simple as that......here is the story.

Since most of you have known me (and it started before I ever had a computer) I would have these times were I would be sorta dizzy, not the falling down kind even though I have had a couple of those also.. When I would go to the doctor and tell him about it and tell him how tired I felt all the time eventually prompted him to say.."Janet you are tired all the time" and that was that. I was treated for sinus because there was either some infection or a lot.

I would feel better for a while and think it was gone then sometimes it would just hit me out of the blue. Nothing we could put a finger on like only after I had done something or not done something...one of my medical mysteries.....lol

Right now I am on a 5 day antibiotic, Musinix, and otc sinus/allergy pills.

Then this morning I was reading this.... http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/35932711/ns/health-allergies_and_asthma

I don't say it very often but this is one of those times when you just have to say OMG can this be?

It is to simple.

But then it could be like some people have said that it was all in my head and I thought they were poo pooing me......lol......

Then I saw this and I am going to try it....

I know people that will and have done the strangest things because it was the thing to do....such as ........Remmember Shaklee?  I remember people taking like 60 or more pills a day with that. There were a couple more of them one of them really got into trouble....that might have been just around here. And what about ground elk horn pills? I don't remember what they said that would do.......

I mean what if it was just staying away from wheat, rice , dairy and sugar? Isn't that really to simple? What am I saying that would be very hard.....

Just "FOOD" for thought.....

Thanks for this link, Janet. I was just hoping it wasn't the link to the hook worm cure for allergies. Our DIL is very interested in this and it just gives me chills. If she does it, she ain't using our potty - LOL.

I'm always interested in new allergy research. I learned long ago that mold in our basement was a real problem. Even with a dehumidifier, I could smell the mold. I was tired all the time, head slightly achy, nose running. The clue to the problem was that went I was away from home, the symptoms were gone. DH thought it was the cats, but I'd visit houses with cats and had no problem. My MD tested me for allergens & mold was high on the list. I insisted on getting a new dehumidifier (the old one had been bought used & was 30 years old). Within a week the smell was gone from the basement & my symptoms were way less.

Due to aging digestion, about the only dairy I can eat is yogurt and cheese. In cutting back carbs, I have very little bread, so the yeast connection is gone.

During allergy season I take extra Vit C - a 1000 pill with each meal and it seems to boost my immune system.

Janet I have heard of this, but also have heard that a low grade infection can be the cause of tiredness too.

I'm a big believer in Eastern medicine Janet. Although our Western Dr's pooh-pooh it and say it doesn't work...I know it does. One of my good friends is living proof.

I've recently been flushing my sinuses with sea salt water and it feels wonderful!!
