DH won't eat tacos, but I have a yearning for some. I do have some soft whole wheat tortillas in the fridge. Can I turn these into crispy shells? What's the process?

Here in the south we know you can fry anything and everything.
If I were you I would fry them in HOT oil then quickly stuff them and fold them while they're hot.

LOL about frying everything in the South. Heck, I'm a Yankee who thinks anything tastes better fried, but I avoid it as much as possible. I've been heating these tortilla wraps on a rack in the microwave until crisp, then making into small pizzas. Maybe I can find something to fold it over while it's in the microwave.
