Fur baby went to the vet.....

My D/H took our Kona our 2 yr old Pekingese to the vet this morning. Of course I'm still confined to the house so I couldn't go. He needed to get flea and heart pills for both our dogs. But Kona had a itching problem which he gets a shot for and 2 weeks ago he started having seizures. I guess being around all the animals Kona got to excited had a bad seizure and the vet came running out and took him straight in. She did a couple of test on him and said yes he is epileptic and put him on medication he has to take every 12 hours. So after they got out of the vets D/H called home and told me what went on. He said even the vet was crying. Any how with the test and everything else the total bill came to $214.00. For some reason this month my doctors charged me less so I had an extra $100.00. Good thing, I needed it for our babies.
Tomorrow the company that did the insulation under the house for the government winterizations plan is coming out and they have to redo their work. Seems they didn't add any insulation but just wrapped the pipes and ducts with tape. They don't have to come into the house so I don't have to worry about that.
D/H put a sign up on the front door that has a picture of a women laying in the bed with a thermometer in her mouth and it says because of doctors orders we can't have any visitors or guest but will appreciate phone calls. It has our phone number on it. Gee never thought I would be happy going to a doctors appointment but at least I get out of the house for a little while.
Well my puppies are telling me it's bed time. I wished my kids would have done that when they were little.LOL
Hope everyone has a good night....ellie-mite
