My own oil spill

As I was taking a shower I accidently knocked over my bottle of baby oil.  I didn't pick it up because it was closed.  When I pulled back the shower curtain, I found that the cap wasn't on tightly.  Fortunately the oil is between the commode and tub so nobody will step on it and slip. I got it up and later today I'll put something else on it to remove the slick.

I had coffee with a co-worker from the asst. living.  She told me that since Mon.  as she took her DH to work, they counted 96 new cars with new tags on them.  I guess things are picking up.

I'm to speak in Sep on fundraising.  If the group is still around.  I got an email yesterday that said the 'hostess' is moving and they need somebody else to take over or they will stop having the meetings.  This is too far for me to go every month so it won't be me.

My ac in the car needs to be charged.  The 90 degree heat is getting hard to take.  It also needs an oil change.  And I need a hair cut.  Time to go read a book.  Actually, I need to find some places in the town where I have an apt. this morning.  I need to go to more than one place.

Have a wonderful day,

That is what could be called a slippery slope! No, you sure don't want anyone falling in that!

I hope that is true about things picking up!
