After the baby oil ran over the bathroom floor, I had to figure out how to get it up so nobody would fall. First, I picked it up with a damp cloth that I kept rinsing off. After the floor dried and was slick, I scrubbed it with Comet. After that dried, I poured white vinegar on the floor and wiped it up with a damp rag. No slick spots now!
I had to be in downtown Atlanta for an apt. at 9 am. This man bought a new business. It is not in a good area. Of course, I was about 1/2 hr early to make sure I struggled with rush hour traffic and arrived on time. I called DD while people were walking by, stopping to look at me, and inside my car. Around 8:45 I called the man who said he had been sick and wouldn't be in til 11. I was so mad. I made another apt. for 11 next Fri. after I asked him if he was serious because I really didn't have to make the trip for nothing. I think my getting mad was not what he was expecting. It just took two hrs away from me. I'll call him on Thurs. to make sure he's going to be there.
Thunder storms are heading this way and I have an apt. with an attorney at 4:30. It shouldn't take me too long on this, my second visit.
I'm scheduled to be at Noah's Ark tomorrow. I have to check the weather and if it is bad, they are closed.
Have a great night. I now have 9 books to read.
Hugs,
K

OMG Karen, I would have been furious too. A trip to downtown Atlanta on a Friday is certainly no fun. I hope he shows up on time next week.
Did you know kitty litter makes a good oil absorber? Also Windex is good at cutting grease, if Greased Lightning is too strong.
I sure hope whatever legal issues you are having can be resolved to your satisfaction and benefit.
(((hugs)) SS
The first thing that came to my tired mind tonight was that Lady Gaga would have just stripped, rolled around in the baby oil, then gone outside to tan in the buff!
