Hello Ladybugs,

Boy it's been a long drought for me visiting the garden.
I have finally finished reading the posts and whew the garden has been busy and the bugs enjoying life and summer is here..I see that Deb and family have been having a grand time at Blu's hometown in Chicago. Shari hanging out with the girls, Blu fresh from her concert, Shirley enjoying the week-end for once since she doesn't have to work week-ends anymore, on and on...It's good to sit here, enjoy and smell the flowers.

Hard to believe that next week is already July. I am looking forward to the long week-end however and before you know it, it's Bugfest time and Xmas will be here..he he he..
I am almost done with Xmas, just a few people to buy for and I wil be done. Time to order Xmas cards, but I am not here to dampen your spirits. It was not so good for our soccer team USA I was so hoping they would advance. They sure gave us some exciting moments though.

Other than that, life is good in my corner. Our temps are not too hot, nor too cool, just right. Work is going okay, family is fine and my HBO shows are on..

Hope you ladies are enjoying the week-end as it seems to go nano fast and will try to pop in again.

Girl, you've been MIA too? LOL..the theme gifts make it easy for me as I buy a few gifts for family, friends and co workers so definitely it's a good system. Yes, it's almost bugfest time..who-hoo! Can't wait to see what tops the red lips from last year.....

It has been hot and humid all weekend and that should last the rest of the week.

Great to see you back, I've been missing for ages also. It's Winter here, and we're in the middle of a cold snap - night temps near freezing, very, very unusual for our temperate climate. We only had 1/3 of the average June rainfall, so garden sprinklers are totally banned for this 3 months. Lack of rain is a frequent, almost annual problem. Love and hugs, Jenni (Western Australia)

Kathey, the East Coast is having a heat wave and here where I'm at, it's cool, drizzling and overcast. We have yet to get one day of hot temps! I like heat, anything 60-degrees is cold for me..LOL..Yes, the garden is always a welcome place for anybody regardless of how long they're gone.
