We went to the Casino last night to see Blood Sweat and Tears.  We went up north a few miles catch the pontoon shuttle to cross over the Missouri Rivever to the Casino. The water was just as calm as that picture shows.

The Concert was fun.  We met DSIL and her hubby there.  Boy! BS&T are OLD!  LOL But they still sound the same.  We also ate supper there and had a nice time visiting.

Afterwards..We walked out the door of the Pavilion and right on to the Shuttle.  We were back on our side of the River and on the road home by 9:45.  At our house we grabbed our Reunion Paraphernalia and walked downtown.  There was a mob of people there.  A storm was moving in so they shot off fireworks before 10:45.   It rained some but everyone went under the tent and other canopies and in the bars.  We stayed down there until about 1 or so.

It was windy while we were under the tent and I had some sort of an allergic reaction and could feel my chest and throat plugging up.  I lost my voice.  I wonder if there was some dust in that tent that was shaking loose in the wind.  After I got out of under the tent I started feeling better almost immediately.  Very strange!

Today I will catch up on the wash.  I don't think I had time to wash last week so there is quite a pile down there.  All of our company has left and DH and I just all tuckered out.  I have two more busy weekends coming up.  Then DS and DDIL will be packing up and heading to MISSOURI.

I hope you have a good rest of the weekend.

Donna, it's nice to hear that you had a great time.

There may hae been some mold particles in the tent from being packed away.

For awhile I lived in Missouri, but I can't remember much of it.

Hugs,

K
