Hi,

Make sure you get a basal body thermometer. I made the unfortunate mistake of buying and using an expensive ear thermometer for several months. It was not accurate and I ended up with crazy temp. charts that had me convinced my body was wack-o.

I ended up purchasing my bbt at Wal Mart. I couldn't find it in the pharmacy section by myself, but the pharmacist was very helpful in directing me to the right instrument. I think it was around $7 or $8.

Good luck to you!

I found one at Walmart too. The therm is even a pretty pink color! Good Luck and I hope that you get a BFP soon!

Can you start temping right away or do you have

to wait for your period to start?

Hello,

You might want to start temping right away to get yourself into the habit of it. I know this past month I started temping late with vacation and forgetting to but FF still gave me a coverline for an o date. Then your next cycle start a new. GL and I hope that this answers you question.
