My understanding is that the egg may live a while (can't remember the exact time..I want to say 12-24 hours) after release, so after the pain if you can get a bd in sometime go for it!!! I think it's never too late to BD just to make sure you have your bases covered until you really know you're way past o. GL!!!!!! MEGA tons of ++++++++ PV's coming your way!!! Unless you're absolutely positive that it occurred, I would keep trying. I get O pain for several days ahead of O, so I'd quit too early if I based it on pain alone.

Good luck,

I agree with Christy - I get O pain for an entire week before I O! It's kind of annoying, but at least I have a lot of advance notice to get BDing...LOL! This may be a bit abnormal, as I think my body is trying to regulate itself after a lifetime of BCP! I would just say BD,BD,BD, until you are certain you O'd, and then BD some more :) I usually try to BD at least a couple of days after, just to be sure!

Cheers!

Thanks for all of the help. I am still BDing regardless of O pain.
