You can have an anovulatory (sp) cycle, where you don't ovulate, but still have AF.

I completely understand being confused. AF showed up 5 days early and it is very light. Think I might test tonight and see if she is just saying goodbye for 9 month. I sure hope so

Well, yes. You can get a period without ovulating. However, my chat with the RE yesterday made me understand not everyone really thinks that. I told him I was having regular periods every 30 days or so and that I was ovulating very late if at all. He didn't really believe me that my cycles were being a normal time with the O being messed up. He claimed my temp chart was probably wrong instead. nice huh?

I asked how a period would start without an O happening or with cutting the LP off and he said "hormones". LOL. Thanks Einstine. Really? Hormones? I thought AF was caused by pushing on your belly button.

Hello! I honestly think that many of the women on this site have more info than any primary care doc or nurse out there! I don't have an answer to your question, but good luck tonight testing Jenn. I have been reading this board for a month or so now, but have not been able to start a new discussion or post a question. Hopefully this reply goes through! Can someone please tell me this... After I click on new discussion and enter all the info and my message, it says click here to preview or edit your message, them it says that it isn't yet complete, and I need to select the board to post to, but there aren't any options to choose. What do I do then? I have tried to post a few times, but in the end have just canceled the message because I couldn't select the board to have it posted on. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
