Hot tub?

This is probably a silly question, but I guess you can never be too careful. I'm currently 6DPO. Tomorrow is my b-day and my DH wants to go to the coast and get a nice room with a hot tub. Think it's safe to go in a hot tub or could that mess stuff up in 'there'? We've been trying for so many years I just don't want to risk anything!

TIA for any thoughts :)

My thoughts on this would be.....

If it's in your room and you get to fill it yourself. Then it should be fine. Just don't use really hot water.

If it's not in your room, then stay away from it. Hot tubs are extremely hot. They will raise your body temp to high.

Have fun!

I say, why chance it? It's obviously bothering you. If you go in you are going to worry about it. Unless there is a way to fil it with lukewarm/cool water. You don't want to overheat. Also, one time I stayed in a hotel that had a 2 person jacuzzi bathtub. You fill it yourself just like a regular bathtub but it has jets that make the water bubbly. You could fill it with cooler water and since sitting in a cool hot tub kinda takes the fun out of being in a hot tub, the fact that it's a bath tub instead of a hot tub could help you spice things up a little. And it's just as relaxing.

Thanks a bunch for your replies! I think I'll stick with the better-safe-than-sorry rule so I don't have to worry about it! I'll save the celebrating for after I take my HPT next weekend!
