I got to sit through a Biology 101 reproductive lecture today where the professor breifly covered the female cycle. He says that starts to mature as of the first day of the menstrual cycle. Well I have some horrible cramps, so I have been using a heating pad or a thermal patch during the day to relieve them. Does anyone know if this can cause damage to a developing egg?

TIA

I don't think it does any damage to a developing egg. I think once conception occurs is when you want to avoid things like that.

Ya know.. I have actually wondered this myself some nights, as I find myself using the heating pad in bed to relieve back and shoulder pain....

Hmmm something for me to think about now too.... doubtful as it may be...
