I know you can't believe it is possible, but I have another charting question!! How much of a dip can an implantation dip be? I had a huge one today - below the cl and I am freaking out that it may be all over for me this cycle. If you look at my chart you see that my temps fluctuate quite a bit - could this just be a HUGE implantation dip or is the begining of the end? I would appreciate ANY advice you ladies could offer me. You have been so helpful already...I can't believe I have yet another question! LOL!

TIA!

Lurker here adding my two cents, looking at your chart you had an even lower dip today, if your temps are accurate for yesterday and today then I would say that AF would be on her way. Usually after an "implantation dip" on a chart the next days temp rebounds back up to high temps again. Good Luck to you

Jen,

I'm not sure on your chart. Do you have a cold or could you be sleeping with your mouth open? I know when I get a whacky temp, I lie in bed VERY still and keep my mouth shut for 3-4 minutes then take the temp again. If it's back in the "normal" range then I use that one. If it's just a "tad" bit higher then I go with the "original" temp.

I hope this helps.

Also, is the airconditioner higher in the house or is the fan blowing on you? These can factor in GREATLY when trying to monitor your BBT. I try to make sure I am under the same amount of covers, the air is the same degree and the fan is NOT blowing on me. It's gotten ot the point where DH knows all the rituals! heeehee...

GL to you!

All of the questions asked in the previous post sound like good indicators of temp variations. The next thing I would have to ask is are you taking your temp at the same time every morning?

Jen,

Two days below the coverline is not a good sign. I would make sure that you get enough sleep tonight and take your temp at the usual time. If it goes back up.... Then maybe the temps are off. If it stays down there I would say that AF will be seeing you soon. I hope not though.

Thanks Ladies. All the insight is VERY helpful. I've been temping at the same time but come to think of it DH did steal all the covers last night and I was cold - it never occured to me that it may play a part. Thanks again for looking at my chart - I'm so lost when it comes to reading them! I'll post again if I have a miraculous recovery of high temps!!

Thanks
