Cramps without AF

Hi,

I just found this place--this is fantastic!

I would love some input from anyone. I was due for a new pill pack 7-25--we decided to try for another baby so I'm not taking them anymore. I think there's a chance I might have ovulated the following Sunday (7-27) because I saw the "egg-white" discharge that I have read about. We did have sex that day and the day before. Anyhow, as of Friday I have had what feels like menstrual cramps every day. I took a few pregnancy tests which of course were negative (its too soon to test anyway but I was making myself crazy). Now I am having other symptoms as well (light-headed, frequent urination) which may be all in my head! Do you guys think these are just wierd symptoms of going off the pill? I know I need to just relax and wait a few more weeks to take another test. The cramping part is really strange to me because I usually don't cramp at all until day 2 of my period and then it goes away. I'm kind of messed up hormonally anyway (I don't really have periods at all, yet I have two children--go figure!).

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Welcome to the board! If you bd'd at that fertile time, there is a good chance of these being pg symptoms! The testing could be just too early to show +. It could be implantation cramping even. Sorry to say the only thing to do is wait and see what happens.

~~~Patience vibes to you!!!!
Thanks Tara!
It is so hard to be patient--I can't seem to get my mind on anything else.
I think it may just be pill symptoms. I was supposed to start a new pack on the 26th similar to you. We bd'd a lot in the following days and I have taken two positive tests. Some spotting too. But my gyn nurse says it is most likely just the change in hormones causing the weirdness.
So your OB nurse says the pills could cause a false positive? I'm sure I'm just looking for signs of pregnancy, but in your case I don't see how you would produce hcg otherwise!
