One other question for all of you!
Do you think it would be worth it for me to buy an ovulation kit? A bit of history: I stopped taking the pill in June, and I've had three periods. The first was 35 days, the second 31 days and the most recent 30 days. Does that mean that I probably ovulate on day 15 or 16? Should we just try on the days around that time? We have been for the most part, but ovbiously it hasn't worked yet which is why I'm thinking of trying an ovulation kit.
any suggestions?
Thanks!

Hi! An OPK probably wouldn't be a bad idea for you. Most of them give you 5 - 7 test sticks, so you can test over a range of days that you think you will most likely O. The instuctions inside the kit will tell you what day you should start testing on. I too came off the pill in early June, but my cycles are still all screwy. I used OPK's 3 times so far, but always seem to get negative results. I'm not sure if I'm not O-ing, or if I just keep missing my window of opportunity. But your cycles sound like they're pretty regular (within a couple of days or so) so I think you should be able to pinpoint your O day without too much trouble. Good luck!
