How do I know when I will/have ovul.

Hello... I am new here. I thought you all might be able to enlighten me w/ your experiences. My Husband and I are TTC. We lost our son when I was 35 weeks PG on 06/06/03. I have benn on the pill all summer to control the bleeding. I came off the pill on 08/15/03. I had a heavy withdrawl bleed(period) for 4 days ( day 1-the 1st day off the pill. My Dr. who is a high risk Physician gave the OK to TTC. Under the normal 28 plan... I would think my O day is this friday (08/29) but I am not sure that I am "normal" Starting this past Sunday I started having that "wet" feeling. Monday was thicker...whitish and somewhat stretchy. Tues same as Mon. Both days "wet" feeling all day. Today is normal ( nothing at all) Can anyone tell me if you think I may have already O'd? Were these my most fertile days? My husband and I had sex all three days since I heard that was what you were supposed to do ( we don't think his sperm count is low). Sorry for the grahics but I thought best to give to you for best answers. Your response(s) are very much appreciated.

It sounds like you guys might have hit the best time to conceive this month!. Since you are just watching your CM (cervical mucus), they say that you start out pretty dry after AF (aunt flo) is over and then you will get sticky, then creamy, then slippery like egg white, then back to drier again. They call the slippery stuff egg white cervical mucus (EWCM) and it is the most fertile. You usually ovulate around the last day of this or the day after. When the CM dries back up, you are probably past the fertile period for the month, but its smart to keep BDing for a while since you never really know when you O'd for sure. For more info, read the fertility friend handbook at fertilityfriend.com. its really helpful.
Good Luck and I hope you guys caught the egg this month!
Vicki
Thanks for your reponses. We shall see. I am wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to acheive PG if you BD but your DH does not "Let Down". Also... how long do the little guys/gals live once they leave their home court?
Hi Ladies!
It's me again. I am trying to get more in tuned with my body to know what is happening...but need some guidance. In addition to my original post I have another question. For the past three days I have been experiencing some lower ab discomfort. Is this related to ovulation? If so, would the discomfort come before, during or after O?
Like I thought....I did not think I was going to O before this Sat. Is it possible to O really early??? I have this feeling that I already O'd since the CM is pretty well gone. ( it was most present on Mon and Tues). We BD'd Sun-Tues. We also did Last Sat and Yesterday...but DH could not "let down". Can anyone lighten me???
I am sorry I don't know what you mean by "let down". Do you mean finish as in ejaculate? I would say that if he didn't finish, then there probably weren't many sperm released, so the chances aren't that good. But people frequently get pregnant while practicing withdrawal, so it is still possible. If that is not what you meean, let me know.
Since you aren't sure you o'd, keep Bding if you can. If he feels anxiety or something, try to make it feel spontaneous and romantic without mentioning TTC.
Hope this helps!

Yes! You are correct one what I meant by "let down". Now....since I do not know if I have O'd yet, is there any harm to keep BD'ing if by chance I have already conceived? I don't want to harm a work in progress :)( again...if that is) Actually I have not mentioned TTC to my DH (even though we both know we are trying-but don't want to make that the only reason why) until now and I think this now sparked his interest.
