When you are charting your cycle how do you know what your baseline temperature is or how do you figure it out?

As for how to determine a coverline (there is no such thing as a baseline as far as I know.), you watch for a temperature shift in your cycle that is at least .2 degrees over any of the previous 6 temperatures and you draw your coverline at .1 degree above the higest of the low temps. (This is a very simplified version and there are a few factors that can throw you off, like if you have a higer temp thrown into the mix of low temps you can rule-of-thumb it out so that your low temps all appear more uniform.)
Another good thing for you to look at might be Fertility Friend, which is a website that lets you enter your information into their program and they will determine your coverline when the time comes. I think it's www.fertilityfriend.com, but I'm not sure, you should be able to find the link somewhere else on this board because there are many, many ladies using FF.
Good luck to you.
