Nipple discharge?

Yesterday was officailly day 2 of being late for AF. Ive noticed a couple of symptoms but nothnig big. Ive been dizzy if i go more then 2 hours without eatting, disconnected feeling, sleeping more but im getting sick i think, and my nipples hurt.
My nipples felt a bit itchy yesterday si i sortof groped it (TMI)
Well theres was a drop of clearish white liquid, it was thicker then water but not too thick, it became sticky quickly. I squeezed my nipple and more came out, just a drop.
I tried the other nipple and a drop came out from there as well. What is this?? Am i ok?

I got off birth control in late july, i can see if my periods late because of BC pills but still. Ive had cramping and last night my right stomach muscle was cramped so much i was in tears. When i tightened up my muscles "down there" it made the muscle hurt worse and if i stretched it hurt as well. This morning i have mild cramping but still no AF.
I took an EPT 2 days before AF was due and got a faint line after 10 minutes, said not to read after 20 so i thought it was an early positive. I went out and got Answer early detection which was supposed to pick up lower amounts of HCG, they were half the price of EPT i got 2 for the same price as one EPT.
Now im not sure which tests were right.
This nipple thing is worrying me though, any ideas?

I am not discouraging you from having it checked out but just want you to know that mine was No Big Deal.
I've had that too! It really freaked me out...and the doc said it is nothing to worry about. Normal hormone shifts can cause it...as can thyroid issues. You probably should let your doctor know about it...but you probably don't need to be too worried.
Take care,
