Temp still not peaking

I don't know if I am just not ovulating, or maybe my body doesn't have the same fluctuations that everyone else's seems to. My temperature is too steady for my hormones to be that out of whack.

Here's my chart, what do you think? http://www.FertilityFriend.com/home/2d153

I had one weird spike that I can't explain.

I had a positive OPK, plus my typical mid-cycle bleeding/spotting. I thought I bled too much for it to be O, but it was only after using the bathroom... and then it lightened up to spotting again and is now gone. SO, I think I may have Oed, but am still not sure because my temps haven't cooperated.

I can't say that I'm not trying this month because I have my colposcopy tomorrow... I don't want to miss out on the oportunity. But I am more concerned with knowing whether or not I am ovulating.

i havent posted here in a while.. cuz it kinda made me obssess more. the gals here aer really nice but i could not find anyone like me until now.

i can email u my other charts if u wanna have a look. my bleeding this time is really frequent, and i ve gone for an ultra sound and the doc called me too. last itme this happened i had a cyst.. but u can still have soem idea by looking at the present charts that i am very much like you.

i think we are a few of those women whom toni referred to in her book TCOYF, that their temps dont show a clear pattern.

anyways good luck !

It's good to know I'm not alone! Have you looked in the chart galleries on FF? I found a number in there that also had no clear temperature shift after O, yet a few of them still resulted in pregnancy. It still bothers me that the majority of them have a clear pattern. I am going to see my doctor today for some follow-up on an abnormal pap test, and I will ask him about it then.

I did have a dip in temperature today, which I also had around mid cycle last cycle. I am wondering if that might indicate O for me. We'll see what happens in the next few days, but I'm not holding out much hope for a spike. It seems to late for O though, because I had a short period of spotting and EWCM but that was gone since Sunday. Plus my positive OPK was Friday... I thought I'd O on Sunday at the latest.

I see you have short cycles. Have they always been like that?

The good news is that I think you are O'ing, but I think you may have deficient progesterone. Your temp goes up but only for a day or two and then comes down and a few days later AF arrives. This is probably "luteal phase defect". I would ask doctor about it. They may want to wait a little while after the coloposcopy to see if it may have been caused by that. If you still have the same problem, they might give you progesterone supplements or try clomid to make the ovulation stronger.

Good Luck!
