So.....after doing some reading on the board last night, and also doing some of my own research, I found out that Soy Isoflavones are able to "induce" ovulation...or pretty much just shorten your cycle, and works very much like Clomid. (I had a 45day cycle last month, O'd on cd32...) I went out and bought some!!! :) I took 80mg, which is what is recommended to start out at...and it seemed to have gone wonderful!! I took them before bed, like recommended, and didnt experience any hot flashes or headache or anything!! It was only the first night...so, we'll see what happens over the next 4 nights (you are only supposed to take them 5 days per cycle, around cd5-10).

I also did some more research on Vitamin A. I was drinking a "Naked Juice" and notcied that there was like over 12000IU of vitamin A in it, so I pulled up google and came across this article:

http://fertility.amuchbetterway.com/vitamin-an-essential-fertility-vitamin/

VERRRRRY interesting!! The entire website itself has alot of good info too, but pretty much the vitamin A has got me sold. I had an issue with my cm last month, which is probably why I didnt get my bfp last month!! Vitamin A helps to incream the quantity and quality of your cm!! :) wooo!! So check out the article, I think I am gonna stop by walgreens and pick up a bottle....

Well I hope soy works for you! I didnt take mine until CD7-12, just read about it a little late. Anyway, I usually O on CD30-35, and at about CD 18, this cycle, I thought I may have O'd (watery CF, a big temp jump, kinda moody, and my OPK showed the darkest at about CD 15-16) but then this morning (CD 19)

you still may have o'd...if your opks were darkest on those days, then you would be at about 3-4dpo, and a drop at that point might not be a bad sign. Just watch your temp the next few days...

The girls on the *Sticky Chickies* were talking about drinking V8 Splash and it's supposed to increase fertile CM, too.

Can some give me link to support Soy, all the websites I found suggest it delays ovulation.

Thanks

If these work for you this month, I'll have to keep it in the back of my mind and try them if I don't get a BFP soon.
