Ok, I gotta say, calm down on the multiple BDing in one day :)
1 to 2 times a day is sufficient. You could be irritating your uterus/cervix/ovaries by going so much. Plus, you will both burn out really quick. As far as the bloating, that could be anything. I tend to bloat a little with O, as well as get crampy. The OPKs give a 24-48 hour window. So after the first positive, for most people, O will take place before the 48 hour mark.
With BDing, sperm count is higher in men in the morning, so you could try BDing at night the days leading up to O, and the day after O give it a shot in the morning.
Have you gone to www.fertilityfriend.com ? There is a TON of useful info on that page. BDing the day after O doesn't really do any good, because by the time the swimmers make it into the fallopian tube, the window that the egg is viable has nearly gone. It is best to BD the 3 days leading up to O, the day of O, and if you really are up to it, you can BD the day after O. If you are taking your temps, using the OPKs, and checking your cervical position, texture, and if it's open or not, then you are on the right track.
A good book to check out is "Taking Control of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler and it explains a lot about what's going on along with the ins & outs of temping.
