hi katy, I would suggest opks if you can't temp! I got mine from earlypregnancytests on amazon.com (free shipping) and would recommend them. I would use ff to track symptoms and cm though! temping is good, some people will tell you they temp while doing other things with success (j8nny comes to mind and she got her BFP) remembering to temp has gotten easier for me, and I keep bbt next to glasses and alarm clock! HTH! baby dust,
then def. try opks! I didn't use them for a cycle and spent the entire month stressed about when/if I oed. I'm a night shift nurse so I temp @ different times making it difficult! best of luck to you!
I'm really groggy in the mornings, so DH bought me some neon Post-it notes and wrote CHECK TEMP!!! on them. One is on top of the alarm clock and the other is in the bathroom. It really helped me....since
The way I handle it is that I set an alarm clock for a really early time in the morning. I do mine at 5am and I have my main alarm clock set for the time Iactually need to get up. I sleep later on the weekend and sometimes I need to be up earlier for work by more than a 1/2 hour so setting a time at 5am works well for me. My bbt has a memory function so I just pop it in my mouth without getting up and I don't need to look at it because later when I actually get up I just have to turn it on and the last temp is there. That might help you because when the earlier alarm goes off you know what it is for. Good luck

I'm pure evil in the morning and also half-dead... I never remember to do it.
