I am wondering at what point I need to put stuff into my chart...

Earlier today I was sitting at my mom's work and felt very bloated and crampy. UGH. Heavy, lol, noticeable.

but it passed.

And this evening I've got a headache... sort of.... mild, noticeable when I am not talking. lol

So at what point do you mark down symptoms?

I typically mark it on my chart only if it's significant. Sometimes I'll get a headache at work from just starting at the computer or editing too many things, so if I can attribute it to something like that I won't put it down, kwim?

In our TTC state, we are often hyper-sensitive to the least little twinge.

I have been marking down symptoms (that aren't just a fleeting symptom) and then I realized, I should be marking them down b/c I am noticing them.

And when I looked at my chart I have NOTHING marked for 17 days before ovulation, so I think I am not overreacting, lol. And if I am... ah well. lol

The two days I had a headache, it was enough that I took some tylenol. The days I marked fatique I had trouble getting out of bed (got up at 9:30 today - slept for 14 hours and even then was sluggish getting up) and was falling asleep in the middle of the day for several HOURS.
